At Alchemilla, we are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to help us build modern, reliable, and user-friendly software products. In this role, you will work across backend services, APIs, frontend applications, and product features using technologies such as Go, Node.js, Svelte, and React.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Go, Node.js, Svelte, React, and related technologies.
- Build clean, reliable backend APIs and services with proper validation, authentication, and error handling.
- Create responsive and intuitive frontend interfaces with a strong focus on usability and performance.
- Work with databases, background jobs, integrations, and third-party APIs.
- Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to ship high-quality features.
- Debug production issues, improve performance, and maintain code quality.
- Write documentation, tests, and reusable components where appropriate.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a full stack developer or similar software engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of Go, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Svelte, React, or similar.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, databases, authentication, state management, and modern web application architecture.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, component-based UI development, and responsive design.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Linux-based environments, and deployment workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote team.
